At the University of Houston Libraries Special Collections, we are always excited to see the far-reaching impact of your research originating from our collections. If you intend to publish based on research with these materials, we ask that you let us know via the form below.

Patron Information

Conditions of Publication

1. Reproductions of copyrighted materials held by Special Collections may not be published, displayed, or further reproduced without the permission of the copyright holder.

2. This policy encompasses publication in print, audiovisual, and electronic formats (including web sites).

3. The patron has full responsibility for determining copyright status, locating copyright holders, and abiding by current copyright laws when publishing, displaying, or reproducing copies of Special Collections materials.
