April is National Poetry Month.

Are you a budding poet? Well, it's time you shared your original compositions at the next installment of Poetry & Prose. What better way is there to commemorate National Poetry Month and experience the impressive new Honors College Commons?

Kathleen Lee, UH visiting professor and guest host, will kickoff the event. She has traveled extensively in Asia, South America and the Middle East and writes for Condé Nast Traveler magazine. Her work also appears in Best American Travel Writing 2001 and 2002. The author of Travel Among Men, a collection of stories, she is presently at work on a novel.
