Libraries "Brown Room" on 5th floor converted to temporary office space for Information Services	COMPLETED
Relocate ITV studio room 14 to Law Trailer Village	COMPLETED
Construct utility trench at southeast side of library	COMPLETED
Relocate Honors College to Law Trailer Village	COMPLETED
Relocate Houston Teachers Institute on 2 red to Law Trailer Village	COMPLETED
Demolition of existing southwest library wing	COMPLETED
Construct New Library Wing A basement plus three above ground floors. All new floors will connect into the existing library space.	COMPLETED (Floors 1-3) Basement December, 2004
Opening of New Library Wing as shared space. Services will be temporary consolidated during the following 10 months	COMPLETED
Honors College Moves into their completed facility on the 2nd floor.	COMPLETED
Technical Support Services (TSS) occupies their new addition in the basement. During this period TSS will also experience some renovation to their existing space.	COMPLETED
Major Renovation of the existing library building. This includes all areas of the first floor and some areas in the basement and the second floor red wing.	Mid to Late March, 2005--COMPLETED
All Departments & Services Move into Completed Building. All four floors of the new wing will open into the existing building to create a state-of-the-art facilty for users.	Summer, 2005-- COMPLETED

Install Decorative Light Fixture in 24/hr Lounge	March, 2006
