Policy on Access to Federal Depository Materials
- The M.D. Anderson Library provides free access to government publications available in print, microfiche, CD-ROM and online to UH students, faculty, staff, and the general public.
- Reference assistance in finding and using government publications is available to everyone at the Information Desk on the first floor.
- All government publications follow the established circulation procedures for other UH Library materials. We ask for a valid ID to check out materials from the Information Desk for in-house use, however, no one will be denied access to these materials and those without identification will be accommodated.
- The general public may access online government publications at any of the public access Internet workstations located near the Information Desk. There is no filtering software on these workstations.
- Free printing is available to all users in the library.
