Success as a graduate student is dependent upon maintaining a high standard of academic integrity. Understanding and avoiding plagiarism, the representation of someone else’s work as your own, is key to this endeavor. In this workshop we will identify examples of plagiarism, look at its relationship to professional ethics, and examine techniques for effective summarization and paraphrasing.

This workshop is part of the on going Graduate Student Workshop Series
