Media and Guides

As Houston is the fourth largest city in the US, there are many published guides to the area. The major online city guides, such as DigitalCity.com, and CitySearch.com offer extensive resources on Houston, and are easy to search when you need to find a restaurant or an entertainment venue at the last minute. Houston's own publications also provide many good sources of information. Houston has several free publications, a major newspaper, and a wide variety of local television stations, which you can use to learn more about the city and its surrounding areas.
