UH Students, Faculty, Staff and Associates

The Interlibrary Loan (ILL) department processes requests from UH students, staff and faculty to obtain loans or photocopies of material not owned by, or otherwise unavailable from the UH Libraries. All requests must be made through ILLiad, the system we use for handling ILL transactions.

• To register for an account with ILLiad you need your Cougar 1Card that must be activated with the library.
• You will also need a valid e-mail address to be used for various notification purposes. Note: To ensure you receive your notices, please add the email address ill@lib.uh.edu to your approved list of senders in your email application.
