The UH Libraries are made up of the M.D. Anderson Library (Main Library) and four smaller branch libraries with specialized collections in Architecture & Art, Music, Optometry, and Pharmacy.
The Main Library's collections include rare and archival materials (Special Collections), information published by U.S. and Texas government agencies (Government Documents), and high-use, course-related materials (Course Reserves).
The Law Library in the UH Law Center and the Conrad N. Hilton Library in the College of Hotel & Restaurant Management are other specialized libraries on campus. They are administered separately from the UH Libraries.
