Coming Soon... A John Updike Retrospective
Currently in preparation is an upcoming exhibition on the work of American writer John Updike, who died on January 27, 2009. Updike was a prodigious novelist, poet, essayist, reviewer, critic and playwright. The exhibition will draw on the more than 200 items held by UH Libraries’ Special Collections. These include first editions, signed editions, photographs, and broadsides.
The exhibition will open on Friday, May 1st, 2009. It will be located on the first floor of M.D. Anderson Library.
