Three notices are sent when an item becomes overdue. If you fail to respond to these notices and do not return the borrowed material, you will be charged $85.00 plus a $25.00 processing fee to cover the cost of replacing the material. This happens regardless of whether or not you have received the notice.
It is your responsibility to provide the library with updated contact information, such as e-mail, mailing addresses and telephone number.
If a stop is placed on your account with Student Financial Services, you will be charged a $25.00 processing fee, regardless of whether or not the material has been returned.
If books that are charged to you are lost or stolen, please report this to the Service Desk immediately. If you have questions about any charges or fees, please contact the Service Desk at (713) 743-9710.
