Returning Materials

  • The book return slot is located on the far side of the Service Desk, near the entrance to the Learning Commons.
  • Reserve materials should always be handed to a staff member at the Service Desk, as they have a short loan period. Placing these items in the book return can delay processing, causing fines to accrue.
  • Media such as DVDs, videocassettes, and CDs should never be placed in the book return, as these items may be damaged in the process. Fees are charged for damaged library materials.
  • If you need a receipt, please speak to a staff member at the Service Desk and request a receipt listing the books that you are returning.
  • After-hours book return is located in front of the entrance to the library.
  • Use the My Account service to review your account, renew materials and place holds on library materials.
