This project was designed and directed by Julie Grob, Special Collections Librarian, with the oversight of Pat Bozeman, Head, Special Collections. Julie Grob researched the book and wrote the introductory text. For some of the chapter titles accompanying the woodcuts, Dr. Valeria Nardi provided Latin translations.

Tim Weaver, scanning/web technician for the department, performed all digital photography and editing of digital images for this project. He also created the logo. Digital Services Coordinator Andrew Darby designed the SQL server 2000 database and did the ColdFusion and XHTML programming; Tim Weaver provided an HTML template.

Technical assistance was provided by the UH Libraries Systems Division under Assistant Dean for Systems Charles Bailey, former Head of Systems Tom Wilson, and Andrew Darby.
