Administration and Finance
The Vice Chancellor/Vice President for Administration and Finance at the University of Houston oversees a system-wide operating budget in excess of $640 million. The division consists of over 700 people working in the following areas: Financial Operations, Police, Physical Plant, Facilities & Planning, Manual Operating Procedures, System Administrative Memoranda, Business Services, Food Service, Auxiliary Services, Contract Administration, Purchasing, Printing, Postal Services, and Human Resources. Currently this position is held by John M. Rudley.
