- In conjunction with the first request for materials to be placed on reserve, the instructor is required to submit the Instructor Reserves Agreement. Once an agreement has been made, it is not necessary for instructors to submit an agreement for future requests or semesters.
- Reserve requests will not be processed without a signed copy of the agreement on file with the University of Houston Libraries Reserves Department.
