Tech Consulting

Ask Me Tech Consulting is where you bring your problems, ideas, or goals to the tech trainer for a one on one session. We are going beyond just training, we want to help make technology work for you! Trainers will work with you or a small group on your specific questions.

AskMe sessions are offered mostly after an scheduled session is over or on the fly when a scheduled session is canceled. Walk-ins welcome or schedule one by contacting the trainer

Sessions are short and quick!.

Technology Training

Since January 2014, the list of courses has grown to offer more software topics at beginner, intermediate and advanced levels. More courses will be added to the rotation based upon user survey feedback. The University of Houston Libraries offers technology training courses open to all current UH students, faculty and staff.

Sessions run for 30 minutes to 2 hours, depending on the topic and skill level. All sessions take place in the Learning Commons training areas. For customized group training, contact Ravi Brahmbhatt.

The full training calendar is posted Online (below)and is updated on a monthly basis. Seating is limited to about 10 people per session and currently first come, first serve basis.

Register for Training

Click on button above to register, once completed, two email will be sent to you; one confirming the request, and second inviting you to the training session event. Please do accept the invitations to prevent overbooking. Submit 1 for each session you wish to attend.
