No event may start before 8:30 a.m. and caterers may not arrive before 7:30 a.m.

Estimated Equipment Needs

Final numbers are needed one week before your event.

Estimated Audio/Computer Needs

If you are giving a presentation, we request that you bring it on a USB thumb drive or access it online. A laptop and Intranet connectivity is provided at the podium. If you are bringing your own equipment or have other technological requests, please notify us at least a week before and plan to arrive at least one hour before your event begins. We cannot accommodate last minute requests for technology and computer assistance.
