The closest parking lot to the library is Lot 1E (See campus parking map, section D-6). Accessible parking spaces for the disabled are available in Lot 1B (adjacent to 1E). Both lots are accessible from University Entrance 1.
Parking Garages are also available for a nominal fee. Entrance to the Welcome Center Garage is off of Calhoun St. Entrance to the UH Hilton Parking Garage is accessible from University Entrance 1. There is an additional parking garage accessible from Spur 5.
NOTE: October 22nd is also the day of the UH Homecoming game. Attendees should use the parking options above on the East side of campus. If there is an attendant at Lot 1E, let them know you are attending the TLA District 8 conference. We recommend you arrive no later than 9:30am to ensure a close parking spot.
